No PR for new pages since middle of June -06
I've checked a few sites (blogs are good for this) and it seems like there's been no TBPR assigned to new pages since middle of June -06.
I also see quite a lot of fluctuations, different TBPR from day to day on many pages. Any info?

Yes, TBPR is assigned, the fluctuations continue. It's probably because G do not put much weight into TBPR anylonger.
